Administrative Assistant, Foundation Relations

This position provides a variety of administrative support for the Foundation Relations (FR) department. Reporting to the Associate Vice President, Foundation Relations, the incumbent will work closely with the entire FR team. This position also interfaces with external stakeholders including donors, such as senior leaders for external foundations. This role requires a high degree of professionalism, discretion, initiative, and organization; accuracy and attention to detail; use of good judgment; and an ability to set priorities and handle multiple projects with limited supervision. It also requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a high degree of computer proficiency.
